亞馬遜上的中差評(píng)移除
我們先來了解一下什么樣的差評(píng)是可以被移除的,并不是所有的差評(píng)都能被移除的,所以了解這些對(duì)我們成功移除差評(píng)是很有幫助的。
1. The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
評(píng)價(jià)中包含淫穢和猥褻的詞語 。如: I finally receive the parcel from the stupid seller , shit quality , very disappointed.
2. The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including e-mail addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
評(píng)價(jià)中包含了我們賣家私人信息,如郵箱,電話號(hào)碼 ,全名等信息。
3. The entire feedback comment is a product review.
全部的Feedback只針對(duì)產(chǎn)品,沒有提到賣家的服務(wù), 如:這件衣服跟我想象的顏色不一樣,但如果評(píng)價(jià)到了賣家的服務(wù)就不可能移除,。 如: 派送太慢了,而且衣服跟我想象的顏色不一樣。
4. The entire feedback comment is regarding fulfillment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon. Feedback reviewed and determined to be relating explicitly to fulfillment and customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon will not be removed, but a line will appear through the rating with the following statement.
FBA引起的物流問題亞馬遜不會(huì)幫你將差評(píng)移除,但是會(huì)幫你將差評(píng)劃掉,然寫一行字: This item was fulfilled by Amazon, andwe take responsibility for this fulfillment experience.
5. 有些顧客在留評(píng)價(jià)的時(shí)候在 arrive on time , item as described , customer service 這三項(xiàng)中都寫的YES ,然后又留一個(gè)差評(píng)給你,像這種通常也可以發(fā)給CASE給亞馬遜要求移除。但是如果這三項(xiàng)有一項(xiàng)是NO的話,差評(píng)移除的幾率就很低了。
6. 還有一種情況是顧客威脅我們說不怎么怎么樣就給差評(píng),我們可以將這樣的話截圖直接交給亞馬遜處理,同時(shí)如果賣家向客戶提供一些好處讓客戶消除好評(píng),這種做法被亞馬遜查到了是會(huì)對(duì)賬戶有影響的, 情節(jié)嚴(yán)重話會(huì)導(dǎo)致賬戶被移除銷售權(quán)限的。
亞馬遜原文規(guī)定: You may request that a buyer remove feedback. However, you may not offer nor pay any incentive to a buyer for either providing or removing feedback。
7. 我們建議買家留差評(píng)后賣家積極主動(dòng)的和買家溝通,爭(zhēng)取和買家達(dá)成一致協(xié)議,讓他把差評(píng)移除,(留差評(píng)后60天內(nèi)買家可以移除該差評(píng))賣家向亞馬遜申請(qǐng)移除差評(píng)成功以后,亞馬遜是會(huì)郵件通知買家賣家雙方,而買家有權(quán)利再一次留評(píng)。為了避免激怒客戶建議過幾天再去申請(qǐng)差評(píng)移除。
了解到了什么樣的差評(píng)可以移除,下面我們來看一下如何在后臺(tái)操作移除差評(píng):
1,登陸到亞馬遜的后臺(tái),每一頁的最底部都有個(gè)contact seller support:
2,點(diǎn)擊contact seller support/Get support進(jìn)去,選擇selling on amazon:
3,選擇customers and orders下面的customer feedback,再輸入需要移除差評(píng)的訂單號(hào),點(diǎn)擊search:
4,按照亞馬遜的格式要求填好信息后點(diǎn)擊Send提交申請(qǐng):
以上就是提交移除差評(píng)的步驟。

If a buyer agrees to remove the feedback, you can provide them with thesestep-by-step instructions:
1. Go to Amazon.com and click Your Account in the upper-right hand corner.
2. Click Your Orders.
3. On the right, select a date range from the Date drop-down box. Click Go. A list of orders appears.
4. Locate your order and click View Order Details in the left-hand column, under the Order Placed date.
5. Scroll down to Your Seller Feedback and click Remove. The Remove Feedback page appears.
6. Select a reason for removing the feedback, and then click Remove Feedback.
